Beach Quarters Resort

The kitchen was a little small and the toilet was a little low. But otherwise I love the location, the cleanliness of the room and the service was amazing. I definitely will stay here again!

We loved the location of this hotel! The balcony is basically right on the beach so it's fantastic! The bad is that you hear every single thing in your room! We heard so many door slams that literally jar your walls, the next room over person snoring, people talking in the corridors, etc which just ruins your experience! If noise bothers you don't stay here but if it doesn't and you want a perfect location this is it.

Just spent one night, but our suite was very clean, nice, and up to date. The upper deck pool/bar is RAD. Parking garage is a lil weird design, and very tight. Only reason for not giving 5 stars on service is we had to call the front desk 3-4 times over almost a two hour period requesting bedding for the fold out couch. .... We didn't actually receive the bedding until after the night shift change around 11:00PM. Other than that small issue, everything was geeat. I wound absolutely recommend this hotel.

We got a last minute booking at Virginia Beach to go away for my birthday. This is the only place that’s available for the dates that we’re looking at HGVmax. I was reluctant at first because of the lower rating compared to Oceanaire or ocean beach club where we always book. Although the building is generally dated and really needs renovation which it will next year, there are so many positive things that I could say about this hotel. First is the location, very nice location where it’s not as crowded as the other ocean front hotels. All the rooms are ocean front too with a very nice view. Most importantly is the staff. The male supervisor and the lady manager are so nice and accommodating. The maintenance guy is also very kind and helpful. Management should recognize these staff because they have excellent customer service. They will try their best to fix any issue for their guests. You won’t feel that you’re taken for granted and they respond promptly. I’m sure that after all the renovations are done, this hotel will be a total package of great fun and enjoyment.

Ocean view is great. The room was clean. Parking garage has very small ramps, so large vehicles will be difficult to maneuver between the garage levels. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad when I was there. The location was great. It was a good hotel for the price.

Great location! Loved the separate bedroom. Celebrated our anniversary. The staff had a wonderful anniversary surprise as we walked in the room. Really was special. Our only complaint is the size of the bathroom. Can't wait to return next summer!

Johnathan the front desk supervisor and his team provide top notch customer service and have kept us informed and happy. We did not attend any of the time share meetings but I can understand how people would enjoy returning time and time again!

Nice hotel, clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The place is kept up well. Location is right on the beach near Ruddees inlet. Only downside is the parking garage is extremely difficult to navigate in due to it is so small inside. Still a great property to stay at.
